BioShock Infinite – Game Overview
BioShock Infinite is a first-person shooter developed by Irrational Games and published by 2K Games. Released in 2013, it is the third installment in the BioShock series and takes place in the floating city of Columbia in 1912. Players control Booker DeWitt, a former Pinkerton agent sent to retrieve Elizabeth, a mysterious woman with the ability to manipulate space-time tears. As they navigate Columbia, they become entangled in a civil war between the ruling Founders and the rebellious Vox Populi.
