Evil Dead: The Game is an asymmetrical multiplayer horror game that brings the iconic Evil Dead universe to life. Players can choose to play as either a Survivor or a Demon, with each side having its own unique objectives and playstyle.

Survivor Gameplay

Survivors work together to complete objectives and survive against the Kandarian Demon. There are four Survivor classes to choose from:

• Leaders: Buff their teammates and provide support.
• Warriors: Strong and durable melee fighters.
• Hunters: Agile ranged attackers.
• Supports: Heal and revive teammates.

Survivors can find weapons, items, and upgrades throughout the map to help them in their quest. They can also use the Necronomicon Ex-Mortis to seal portals and banish the Kandarian Demon to the Netherworld.

Demon Gameplay

The Kandarian Demon is a powerful creature that can possess Deadites, control the environment, and hinder Survivors. There are five Demon classes to choose from:

• Warlord: A powerful melee attacker that can buff its Deadite minions.
• Puppeteer: Controls Deadites from a distance and can summon powerful minions.
• Necromancer: Raises Deadites from the dead and can use necromancy to enhance their abilities.
• Plaguebringer: Spreads corruption and disease to weaken Survivors.
• Schemer: Manipulates the environment and creates traps to slow down Survivors.

Demons can use their abilities to hunt down Survivors, possess Deadites to attack them, and weaken their resolve. They can also summon portals to open up new areas of the map and gain more power.

Game Modes

Evil Dead: The Game features two main game modes:

• Objective: Survivors must complete objectives, such as finding pages of the Necronomicon Ex-Mortis and repairing the Necronomicon, while the Demon tries to prevent them from doing so.
• Survivor vs. Survivor: Survivors can battle each other in a free-for-all deathmatch.
